The Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach is in a fantastic location right on the beach. I loved having a room with a balcony overlooking the Gulf, which was perfect for relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast options were diverse and tasty, making my mornings enjoyable.

Loved the beachfront location! The room was comfy with a flat-screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, ironing facilities, and a hairdryer. Breakfast featured fresh pancakes and seasonal fruits. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making mornings enjoyable. The pool area needed some maintenance, but overall it was a pleasant experience with easy access to the beach.

However, there were issues with room amenities as our phone wasn't working, and we faced challenges getting extra towels without having to go to the front desk regularly. I had a King Room with Balcony - Gulf View for 2 nights, and I loved the beautiful view and the breakfast was packaged nicely for safety. However, I was disappointed that the pool wasn’t lit at night.

Housekeeping inconsistencies need attention!!! !!! The elevators were so slow it ruined my experience!!! I suggest upgrading the pool size and amenities for better guest satisfaction!!!
